Privacy policy

Game data on your device

Pocket Port stores your puzzle progress, earned coins, stars, harbor decorations, settings, unfinished puzzles and a limited history of recent game events on your device. We do not upload this game history to a Quad Labs server. The game does not require an account and does not provide cloud synchronization.

You can erase this data using Settings → Privacy & your data → Erase my progress. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data can also remove local progress. We cannot restore it through a game account.

Google advertising services

The Android game integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Optional rewarded ads can provide in-game help or extra in-game coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Google’s advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and advertising interactions, device or account identifiers, and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK initialization may occur when the game starts. Declining an individual reward offer does not by itself mean that no SDK processing has occurred.

Where required, Google’s consent process is shown before requesting ads. Available choices can be revisited through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Options depend on your region and the applicable Google messages. Your device settings also provide controls for your Android advertising identifier.

Information we don’t request to play

The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or precise location to play. It has no user chat, account login, real-money purchases or cash prizes. If you email support, we receive the information you include and use it to handle your request.

Retention and security

Local game data remains until you erase it, clear app data or uninstall. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Google’s retention practices are described in its policies.

Google states that information sent by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Pocket Port is configured to disallow cleartext HTTP traffic. No security measure can guarantee protection in every circumstance.

Children

Pocket Port’s initial release is intended for adult casual-puzzle players and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the relevant processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal information. Contact us about information handled by Quad Labs. Use Google’s privacy controls for information handled by Google. You can change available ad consent choices in the game’s Settings.
