For help with the game, email hello@quadlabs.io. Include your Android version, game version, and a description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords or banking details.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your device. There’s no game account or cross-device cloud save, so uninstalling the game or erasing its data can remove your progress.

Reset your harbor

Open Settings → Privacy & your data → Erase my progress. This removes the game’s local save, earned coins, decorations and recent play history. This action cannot be undone.

Ads and privacy

Rewarded ads are optional. You can keep playing with free undo and retries when no ad is available. Available ad privacy choices can be opened from the game’s Settings.
